Winter class starts January 7th for 10 weeks.This semester's cycle is another exciting collection, called "Drum".  Register now from the registration page.

Classes are held on Milwaukee's East-Side, Mequon, Grafton (check 'Classes' link for details)

Monday 9:15, 10:15 and 11:15 am classes at Mindfulness Center will start January 11th for 10 weeks and the last class is 3/15.
Tuesday 9:30 and 10:30 am classes at Mindfulness Center will start January 12th for 10 weeks and the last class is 3/16.
Tuesday 6:00 pm class at Logemann, Mequon will start January 12th for 10 weeks and the last class is 3/16.
Thursday 9:15, and 10:15 classes at Logemann, Mequon will start January 7th for 10 weeks and the last class is 3/11.
Friday 9:30 and 10:30 am classes at Just 4 Fun, Grafton will start January 8th for 10 weeks and the last class is 3/12.
