Below is a form you can fill out to register for one of my classes.

Tuition:
$150 First child
$80  2nd sibling
$60  3rd sibling
Infant up to 8 months is free with paid sibling!

Discount:
$25 off for each new family you refer ( not for JCC classes).

Tuition includes:
10 weekly 45-minutes classes
Two professionally recorded CDs, a book and a parent guide booklet.

Refunds are not available after the first class, but make-ups can be arranged based on availability.

To register:
Fill out the form below and either click the "submit" link or print this page and enclose it with your check. Please make sure to indicate a second choice, in the event that your first choice class is filled. Your place in class cannot be held until I receive your payment.

I'll confirm your registration by email or phone once I have received your registration and payment.

The families who were in the spring classes have a first priority if they
stay at the same class and sign up by August 15th.
The families who were in the spring class, but will register for different
time classes have a second priority if they sign up by August 15th.

Then, after August 15th, whoever comes first will take the spot.

The families who are new for Naomi's Music Together can register right now too, but just need to wait for a definite answer on their first choice. I will let you know after August 15th whether you get your first or second choice.

Also, the registration will not be complete until I receive your payment (I will not cash your check until a week before the class starts).
So, I can't hold your spot for you until then.  Sorry for any inconvenience but I think this is the only fair policy for everyone.
